Ways We Can Work Together
This work will incorporate the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method—deep breathing, cold therapy or exposure, and commitment through mindset.
We work on all three pillars because there are breathing benefits and cold plunge benefits you’ll experience when committed to this work. You’ll find that you amplify all areas of your life and benefit mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Whether we work together in a group setting, one-on-one, or go on a retreat together, this work is about committing to the practice of self-betterment. This is for curious participants who want to see how far they can go and what they’re capable of. This work will challenge and push you beyond your perceived limits to a place where you will find the true strength of your character.
WORKSHOPS
Take a Fundamentals Workshop to experience the method and learn more about the background, philosophy, and techniques of the Wim Hof Method.
CLASSES
Find an in-person or virtual class to get introduced to the Wim Hof Method. Classes include an Introductory Breathing Class to help individuals experience the Basic Wim Hof Method breathing exercise. One-on-one sessions for personal support are also available.
COURSES
Join a Group Course to develop a more consistent practice in breathwork, cold exposure, and mindset training. Group Courses are great for individuals who are interested in a combination of in-person training, at-home coursework, and group accountability.
WIM HOF WEEKEND
This is for anyone interested in pushing themselves to the next level. Over two consecutive days, we’ll dive deep into exploring the Wim Hof Method, and you’ll discover your strength to overcome obstacles, your resilience in your ability to heal, and you’ll become a force of intensity.
